Contractual agreement was to replace switches (on/off) they refused to do so
If they had agreed according to their contract, they would have also need to replace the computer because we now have three repairs and the contract reads on the fourth repair they need to replace the product.
I have had several computers warranted with them and each time they get close to the fourth time of repairs, they try the same thing.
They have also tried to say the contract did not say what it does. Only when I faxed them a copy did they relent.
It seems to me that they are trying to rip of their customers with stonewalling and stalling

Since I reported on Phillips Priority I issued a writ from our home State and Phillips paid the court costs and reimbursed us our complete costs for a new computer. We were right and our contract was fulfilled in our favor

I really don't belive this company would do that they do what the contract say's. They have lots of contracts and new contract's are made almost every day. And service net is only a call center on this warrenty's. If you think about it why do all this company's have service net as there call center for this warrenty's its becouse they do only what the contract say's.
