Phoenix Executive Group ripoff New Jersey Attorney General files suit against Phoenix Executive Group Iselin Westchester Edison Priceton, NYC New Jersey

My partner was solicited by Phoenix Executive Group via email. Thyey requested a fee of $4,950 + $2,475 at signing promising him $95K per year plus a signing bonus of 10k. They were very persistent. Fortunately, I did some research and found out that just a few days before (March 9, 2006), the New Jersey Attorney Generals Office had filed suit against the company for misrepresentation and various other consumer issues.
