Phoenix Retrans - Frank Kuperman Phoenix Retrans closed without returning core charge Phoenix Arizona

So the transmission did not come with a neutral safety switch. I purchased one through Sokan ( a wonderful company) and installed it. Finished installing the transmission filled with fluid and went for a drive. The transmission was hard to shift at first but down the highway seemed fine. Drove 52 miles and stopped at the post office where it would no longer shift at all, could not put the transmission in park or any other gear. Proceeded to drive over the sidewalk through the grass and eventually got home. At total of 68 miles. Turned the car off, took off shift lever cable and moved the shift lever to the neutral position. Attached the cable back onto the transmission started the car and no the transmission will not go into gear at all. As I assumed when I called and there was no answer I bought a defective transmission. I got Ripped Off. I fortunately put the core deposit on my credit card so I disputed that and received my deposit back. I paid through paypal for the transmission and can't get that back for they are no longer associated with ebay. I contacted the AZ police dept. and was told to go to small claims so I will proceed with that after I contact Nancy Anger AZ Assistant Attorney General. I can't believe someone can close one transmission store, declare bankruptcy, and then open another transmission store in the same city. There has to be a way to stop this.

I was a victim of this Frank C. Kuperman character and filed a complaint with the AG of Arizona. They called me the other day and told me that they are going after this guy. I am one of over a hundred people listed in the complaint. Please contact them right away so they can add your name to the complaint.

Be aware that Frank C. Kuperman is now the principle member of these shady businesses. Information is available through the Better Business Bureau. I have contact a detective in the Phoenix Police Dept. and will work diligently towards resolution. I would love to join any lawsuit directed towards these companies.
