Thanks you very much for this information. I had the same story where my core deposit was not returned even after 5 months. I kept following up with them every week without any luck. Finally, When I approached BBB.ORG they intervened and got me a cheque but that cheque got bounced. The transmission they replaced also broke.

After repeated followups for two/three weeks could get a replacement which also didn't work. Now, my car is not in running condition. Money loss. no response from them, I am trying to contact them but no one is responding. Thanks for the employee who reported about that Alpine Trans Supply , REDLINE TORQUE CONVERTERS AKA PHOENIX RETRANS are one and the same. I will now try to contact Alphine Trans supply and see if they respond.
