Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The say that they give you cash for cellphones. First they require you to send the phone to the address so they can give you a quote. I did those steps and after waiting 2 months for an answer, they finally said that the phone disqualified. Now, they won't return me the phone, and they ask me to pay 10 dollars for shipping and handling. It is a total scam, and Iam terrible furious with that company, its like you're buying the phone that you want to sell!!.
Please read this, and don't fall for that pathetic company.
Never recommned this company.

Yep, PhoneIsCash sucks a whole lot

It's been over 30 days and I, too, am still waiting on payment from these people. If I don't get it in a week or two, I will file another report much like this one. They promise the highest payout for phones, but that's easy to say when you don't actually pay up!
Let me say, though, that even if I *do* eventually get a check from these people, I would strongly caution anyone who's reading against sending them your phone. They're inefficient and, apparently, dishonest: pretty much everything they've said has been a lie.
Thirty days? Nope.
Helpful customer service? Nope.
Prompt responses to customer inquiries? Don't make me laugh.
"Live Online Support"? Nope -- there are never any agents available, though every time I visit their site I have to listen to the talking robot telling me they have live chat.
I did finally get a response from these people a couple weeks ago, to say that my check was going to be mailed out promptly. You know how this story ends, though -- no check, and now I'm trying all over again to get a response from them.
Long story short: whether they end up "ripping me off" or not (and I'm not optimistic), they're a terrible company and I would never do business with them.
