 This place must advertise to pedos bc that's mainly all calls and yes I thought I was the only one that realized they hang up, silent calls, same guys call,ask what's your name, back to back and hang up. If you give them a taste of their own medicine, you get line checks or Karen sends out mass threatening emails how so many guys are complaining, when its actually the guys working for the company. You can tell who they are after you work there a while. They also send out text messages saying they're busy or giving extra points, but hang up before points start or cheat you out of your points( ex text said 10 pts per min but I got 2)plus when they text that is usually when I've gotten most hang ups and NO CALLS, so its a setup bc you're thinking extra points but walking into a trap they just hang up repeatedly. I've had same tag call 7 times, before other call even ends good, no credit for call, no pay and was over 10 and dropped to under 7, which is a complete waste of time and then they have the nerve to monitor you bc you get hangups. Use this one for gas or to treat yourself but not as main income. They seriously beat you out of your money. Go elsewhere. They're so lazy that instead of changing the call tag they keep it and you'll literally hear it most times back to back.

You are so right! I have had talks with her and she is an awesome trainer. And I have had 2 training sessions with Gary and I have been able to keep callers on the line fom just what he told me. I love working from home.

I love the money I make with Phonestars! I wish That guy would stop calling and hanging up on not just me, but all of us. But other than that Phonestars has been good to me. And I love that you made this post! 

 Karen is a complete liar. She acts like she cares but she pressures you to put in loads of hours then suddenly you are doing amazing and BOOM, these mysterious silent calls.

There is a man on during the day and night. He hangs up on girls nonstop no matter what fantasy you give him. He calls 7 days a week for at least 12 hours each day.

There is no way any man pays that much for phone sex. He frequently changes his voice acting like he is someone else. I strongly believe this man's job is to hurt the pay of the women on the line and hang up.

There's no way he's paying over a grand each day to talk to the same women. Why not call another line? Something very fishy is going on.

I used to work for phonestars awhile back. What's the weekly committment as of now as far as how many hours a week you have to do? I'm looking for something part time only. It used to only be ten hours a week. Has that changed? 

 Karen is the best the first time i worked for this company i was new to the buisness and didnt relize what a jackpot this agency isnow as a rehire i know better ....you get weekly direct deposits...and you get paid handsomly, you put in the work and you reap the benifits...this is hands down the best in the buisness, also you get rewards you earn as u work that you can redeem for gift cards to amazon target etc...so direct deposit, giftcards and plenty of talk time...buisness is never lagging...and karyn is the best motivator if you need that push get ready for it...

she will help you help yourself to make big bucks....i love this company and Gary the trainer is excellent if you ever need pointers ask for a warm up session with gary hes amazing funny and very smart he will help you to raise your payscale...do not listen to all those scorned x employees bashing phonestars obviously they were not up to par and not seriosly money motivated enough to keep thier position...need i say more...see for yourself...trust me ...ive been there and done thst and know better now...i will be with phonestars for a long time.....

 I’m working for them and have been for 2 years and I had NO idea that’s why my efficiency drops. I just figured it was callers hanging up. I’ve been trying to find a different company for about 6 months now though because they do NOT pay enough.

They manipulate your hold time average to lower the amount they have to pay you. The call volume is low to begin with. Way too many girls working, not enough calls to go around. I found this great company I've been with for three months now so I fell it's safe to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a legitimate PSO job. They don't have hold time requirements and they always pay on time. I make more consistently with them then I have with any other company I've worked for, they're fantastic.
