because of no notifications, I took advantage of the ebay free listing day on 12/20 only to find that my photos are not showing up at all. at first I had faith in photo point that this was just a minor glitch but now it appears that it is not. I have always chosen photopoint because it was more reliable over the ebay picture services plus more flexible and controllable. well, that was until this past July, but when they came back I presumed that all was well. If we would have been notified of a problem, our photos could have been moved to our ftp spaces on our server. now with 167 auctions and our stores running the time involved to put in new photos is just too much too manage. Thank goodness I found this site and I am at least not still holding out hope for them to reappear. My husband and I both work 40 hour jobs away from our home so there is no way we can reload photos at this date to put in those auctions, but at least we know to keep checking our email to email people interested their own photos.

If there is a class action suit, I would like to participate.

A class action is very costly. If the company is Bankrupt, there is no money to go after. The only way to get money out of them is to get them criminally if it could be proven they had the intent to defraud everyone. That might be hard to prove.

Semper Fi, Yuma, AZ Are you related to Dale Gass?? You must be his wife, and of course you don't want any law suits. If you get sued you would have to give back all the money you and your husband stole from all these trustworthy people that you both screwed in their asses. This is the second time you have made the same statement only trying to stir the pot. Like I said before "b***h" take your zip drive and shove it up your a*s.
Where it says YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPANY you should have entered "OWNER".

Really intelligent calling us photopoint customers dumb asses. We paid for a SERVICE! Sorry but alot of the photos that we had stored were not ours.

They were given to us. I didn't know I had to go and buy prints of every one of them in order to keep them. As for the people who sell on ebay..you need a copy of the photo to have a better chance of selling something. I think those people deserve an apology from the company for having their photos yanked as well..and what about people like me who were using this site for our websites?? Sorry but I don't have room to store all of those

photos somewhere else. And they screwed us on photo services. We paid to have access to their photo print shop and their gift shop..both of which hardly ever worked...Add this to the fact that Photopoint was still taking paid memberships up to the point they went off-line you get a company that is nothing but a rip-off! Its pretty bad that there people like YOU who will defend a company no matter what.

I'm one of the people that were bit in the photopoint deal, and I've read most of the statements on your webpage. The one thing I'd like to say to all the people who are saying "those pictures can never be replaced" is; Well you dumbass!! If you thought the pictures were important you shouldn't have destroyed the originals!! If anyone brings a lawsuit against the company

I would hope the judge throws it out on the basis of stupidity!



I don't know where else I can air my view, but if this can be put out there somewhere maybe it will help some dumbass who thinks he can trust vital pictures to the internet.
