PhotoVideo Network RIPOFF LIARS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MONEY HUNGRY SCAM ARTISTS Fort Lauderdale Florida

I contacted PhotoVodeo Network after seeing them in one of the Bride books. A rep came to my house, he was one of the nicest persons you could ever meet. He discussed many packages etc. etc. He encourgaed me to make certain decisons that would make my day sepcial. He was over all a great person to deal with. I signed a contract with him and made down payment and eventualy paid it off before the wedding. From that point on it was like pulling teeth to get these people to listen to you or help you. I spoke to a Dean, a Jim Peters who claims to be the general manager. They were all so rude. I went in and reviewed proofs and chose my pictures. By this time I must have contacted them so many times to edit my DVD, but no one would call me back, they kept saying we are working on it. Finally, on March 28th 2005 they contacted me, mind you my wedding was on Aug. 7th, 2004. They tred to con me into making additions to the video and charge me for things that were already on my contract.

Whenever I try to speak they would talk over me, they were rude, they talked down to me and then wanted me to sign a document after I told them all I want is what I paid for. They still faxed me the contract for addtions. I called back the next they to confirm that that I would recieve only the items I had on my origianl contract and the addtions made to the photos. Jim peter's exact words to me were " yeah we went over this with you yesterday, I don't have your paper work in front of me, I already put it on his desk (some guy name mike). Then I asked can you verify the info with me again at least to make sure. He wouldn't do it. It just awed me that I just spent approx. $3000 at there business and they could be so unprofessioanl.

The next crazy thing was I could never ever get in touch with the gentleman that came to my house. I t was almost like he fell of the face of the earth. I asked them many times to let me see him or speak to him, but they said no. The only times these people are nice is when they know MONEY is coming there way. They are unethical. They are misleading. They should be put out of business.
