PHP Agency INc TMB a/k/a The Monarchy Builders Rene Reyes & Selene Duran Lied to me about getting my general insurance lines. addison tx

(   The Monarchy Builders director Rene Reyes (“Reyes”), who is intertwined with PHP Agency's CEO Patrick Bet-David and Selene Duran (“Duran”) are accomplished scammers of the 1st degree.  Reyes & Duran stated that I would be able to get a general insurance license, even with my criminal background.  Reyes told me to pass the insurance test and a PHP letter would be submitted to the Texas Department of Insurance (“TDI”) regarding PHP having knowledge of my prior criminal history.  I studied every day and passed the insurance test on Jan. 30. 2020. 

While in the process of submitting my application to TDI, I asked Duran questions via text, one in specific, regarding the section about being convicted of a felony.  Duran stated to answer “NO” on the question about criminal history because the State only goes back 5 years in verifying criminal history.  Long story short, I got denied my insurance license because I failed to disclose my criminal history (based on Duran’s negligent advice) and based on my past criminal record, federal law prohibits me from getting an insurance license. 

I filed suit against Defendants PHP, Reyes and Duran  for fraud by nondisclosure,  negligence, and fraudulent misrepresentations.  Duran and Reyes had actual knowledge that I had previous felony convictions for forgery, theft and aggravated assault, but still they kept pressing me to study and take the test.  I have put up phpclassaction.com and have gotten a lot of responses against these people.
