has never produced any evidence of any product of his sold by me as there never has been one.

He sent a defective one half of my order that was used, and blew up in less than 10 minutes of use.

Caveat emptor.  He owes me 15,000 dollars with statuory interest on this THEFT.

His criminal wife assists with his frauds, as she lies about sending refunds, attempts to say he is not available to speak by phone, and he goes to audio shows and bald face lies about his product and service.

Anyone may contact me thru this site to hear the full sad story of the felon, and he should be boycotted.

Mr. Gabriel cannot deny he did not provide the merchandise paid for, and breached the agreement stealing the payment for the merchandise, as his emails published have proved. It is little wonder he thinks his theft and his response should be the final word.

I have copied all of the facts proving he stole this merchandise and retained payment for it to all audio publications, and soon a Canadian television station will be doing an expose doucmentary on his fraudulent business practices.

Please avoid this charlatan thief ata ll costs, as he also sells used merchandise misrepresenting it as new, and also mailed me a broken amplifier that blew up the first time it was turned on!

Mr. M.J. contacted me for distribution rights to the Jadis line of products in the USA.

He offered to purchase several Jadis equipment to start his distribution.

In good faith I sold him various pieces to latest find out from my other distributors that he started selling these on a famous audio website at lower than the m.s.r.p..

This was in direct violation with the distribution agreement for Jadis products.

After learning this, I contact my layers.

We immediately annulled all contracts and contact we had with Mr. M.J.

PG acoustic Inc has all official paperwork and receipt to prove that there is no outstanding balance or equipment owed to Mr. M.J.

No other comment will be made on this subject.

integrated amp, nor the amp, for over three and a half years now...

Pierre Gabriel, in 3.5 years has not paid or responded with merchandise or
reimbursement of the seven thousand for hunderd fifty dollars he
has unlawfully retained from my purchase.

Please never buy the Jadis brand from this fraud artist and felon.  He
depends on interstate distance to protect his crminial activities.
