I ordered a $9.95 Spanish language course of 4 CD's. Very well hidden in the order form is a committment to try a further course which would automatically be shipped. It cost around $260 to be paid in 4 installments. There is no information about this course on the $9.95 web page.

When I received the kit I immediately called them to cancel and they gave me a return/cancel number to write on the outside of the package. I mailed it via USPS but now Pimsleur is saying they never received it and will send a collection agency to collect their money.
