Pincity Fraudulently sold defective or non-existent product Internet

 Four weeks ago I purchased a calling card specifically to call nigeria. After setting up account I was unable to activate the account. This is accomplished with a confirmation code texted to my cell phone which is tied into the service. However I can not activate because I never receive a text. I have called 10 times with no answer and left a voice message each time that has never been answered. I also sent letters on the pincity website and via pincity customer care email with no responses. Today I sent and left messages demanding my monies refunded.
