Pineapple Jacks Restaurant Will not pay for Equipment and Furniture Jensen Beach Florida

The owners of the Pineapple Jacks restaurant are refusing to pay for Restaurant Equipment and Furniture they are using and have not paid for. Aa landlord they took the Restaurant over when the last tenant left without paying his bills. We were told by the owner we would work together to get our money back. But when they decided to open the restaurant we were told "To bad you lost your money, I have rights to the equipment" The equipment belongs to us until it is paid for or we should be able to take it out and sell it to get our money back. There is over $30,000.00 in furniture and equipment that local small business are trying to absorb the loss on.
