This is Troy Fullwood from Pinnacle Investments. I am not sure who posted this report, but I would like to clear a few things up.
Pinnacle Investments is a 13 year old mortgage investment company. With our years of experience and knowledge, we decided to produce a very inexpensive Loan Modification kit called the Loan Modification Toolbox. This toolbox provides the consumer with bank ready documentation as well as an instructional video guide.
Our purpose in creating this toolbox was so that we could give homeowners everything they needed in order to successfully get a Loan Modification done on their personal residence. In addition to the toolbox, Pinnacle Investments has also created a free e-book that we give out to homeowners upon request. This e-book gives samples of the documentation needed for a Loan Modification as well as ideas and techniques to successfully work with lenders.
The Loan Modification Toolbox is a newly created product based on our 13 years of experience in the mortgage business and according to our accounting records we have never sold this product to any one in Oregon let alone Anytown Oregon.
