i purchased my condo through a realtybid.com website where the hoa dues were listed at 147.00 per monthy,it was,nt until i was already moved into the unit and got the closing papers that the hoa dues were listed at 206.23 when i did contact the real estate agent,his defense was that he had not recieved the correct info to sent to the realtybid co.in the mean time i have discovered that the units below and next door to me are for sale with hoa dues listed at 184.00,i propose that they are baiting people with a lower hoa assessment and then when they are on the hook,the actual amount is disclosed after the fact.
