Pinnacle Securities - Bennett Deloney & Noyes Forged My Name as Co-Signer for Odilon M Orem Salt Lake City Utah

Son-in-law Odilon Marin signed for Security System and used me, Beverly R for a reference. They wanted my birthdate so Odilon who does not understand very much English, gave them my birthdate. So he went in arrears a to his payment plan and I get a letter from the Attorneys demanding payment. So I settled with them for $1250.00 to keep it off my credit report. I was never present and did not sign anything. So the Salesman forged my name. I cannot get a copy of the contract and my son-in-law does not have one. Very interesting. I have the copies of the Attorney letter and copy of cashiers check for the $1250.00..
