Coercion of Driver, Force Dispatching and Failure to Pay... Pinnacle Transport Group has become nnotorious for the above offenses and has used deceptive practices to Terminate and withhold pay for Independent Contractors like myself.

I have formally charged Dispatchers in writing with the "Illegal" practice of Forced Dispatching to Pinnacle Transport but the General Manager condones such actions, so nothing was done. The Pinnacle Transport fails to pay contractual bonuses for Referrals, Passing DOT Inspections and Repayment of Bonds held in trust by the company.

I was not paid for a delivery to New Mexico (NM) from Indiana (IN)... I was given an incorrect residential address for delivery in New Mexico, once I notified Dispatch of the error, it took them 56 hrs to respond to my emergency. Offered my $50 for a hotel stay and forwarded a corrected Freight Bill to deliver the vehicle to Toledo.

I then refused the Toledo trip but I was already out of pocket and had not been paid for the NM run. Pinnacle then falsified the paperwork stating that I failed to deliver the vehicle to the correct destination. I then file a Small claims lawsuit against Pinnacle for failure to pay and expenses (Small Claims Court: 315 S 2nd St A, Elkhart, IN 46516 Case# 5745232305).

I'm a resident of GA and this whole process has cost me Thousands of dollars not to mention Pinnacle has fail to return my Bond money after they terminated me.... for which they had no grounds or basis for Termination! They simply "Deactivated" my Electronic log (Keep Truckin' App). 

The Pinnacle Transport Group utilizes some illegal and very deceptive practices that should me made public to future and present drivers. I will file complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
