Previously, I otdered a $10 USD refill for a Mexican Telcel phone. At the time, the exchange rate was 16.80 pesos to $1 US. The amount received on the recharge was $87 Pesos. They had a 50% commission. When I contacted them, they gave me 150/PinZoo points. I went to use that today, and only allowed 1 cent for the credits. I ended up not ordering from them, and went to a more honest company, Callingmart.com.
