PIONEER MEDIA LLC Unauthorized Visa Charge Nationwide

I filed a dispute with my bank for the unauthorized charge of $11.89 by Pioneer Media LLC and my account was refunded the next day. My bank said that the way they handle frauds like this is to replace the Visa card right away because it's obvious that the card number is already compromised and exposed to these criminals.
