i bought a pair of boots using my debit card online from the site. they gave me an invoice with a false fedex tracking number. i tried to contact them via email as well as their phone, but they don't respond or answer at all. the boots were to arrive days ago and haven't, and fedex has no idea if they even exist, as i don't have a tracking number to give them. the website reviews are also terrible. people have gotten damaged packages and goods, and others have not received their items at all. nobody seems to be able to get ahold of the company.
