Pirates Loft Resturant Pirates Cove Resort The most surreal horrible customer service experience I've ever had Stuart Florida

On November 18, 2022, I took a first date for dinner and drinks. We each ordered a drink and decided to take a walk out to look at the yachts in the marina. Our waitress chased us down as if we were going to steal the drinks. I gave her a credit card and told her to get herself something nice and laughed it off. When my date and I went back to the property we went upstairs to have dinner. We ordered the same drink that we wanted from downstairs for her and mine was easy as it was a Captain Morgan and coke. We were brought three drinks for her all looked nothing like what she ordered which was a Myers rum and banana something. Her drink was brown in color and one of the drinks we were brought was bright blue. My date and I continued to talk and hadn't looked at the menu. The waitress came back three times in five minutes. I asked my date to select some appetizers. The waitress from downstairs then appeared at our table once again and wanted us to sign for the drinks from downstairs and of course write in the tip. I felt as though I was being tracked down as if I was looking to get all of my drinks and food for free like we were going to skip the checks. Once we finally got the correct drink for my date, and this only occurred after I went and spoke to the manager in the back, we ordered food. We ate the food and when we got up from our table, my date retreated to the ladies room. I waited outside at the bar and attempted to order another Captain Morgan and Coke. I was told that we were cut off. It was then that a manager (Chris Dempsey) told me that we were to leave immediately and if we didn't he was going to call police. I asked him why. His reply was that I stiffed the waitress. Now be it far from me to stiff a waitress, but I did and it was only the second time in my 61 years of life that I did so.

Furthermore, even if that was the reason he was ejecting us, when did tipping for horribly poor service become mandatory? I took Mr. Dempsey’s picture with my phone. He went berserk and while flaling his arms, proceeded to inform me that I was committing a third degree felony by taking his picture. At this point, I felt like he was just an a$$ and informed him that taking photographs of people when there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place is legal. Especially since the entire property has video surveillance cameras. After my date went home, I went back to the property to get with someone in charge to explain to me what all that was. They attacked me as if I had C4 strapped to my body. As they continued to shout at me, I turned, walked away and told them to kiss my a$$ and showed them where that was. After sleeping on it, I tracked down the owner of the property  by his cell phone listed online, Stephen Moynihan, who also co-owns HMY Yacht Sales Inc. in Dania Beach, FL.

Mr. Moynihan told me that he would have someone get back to me, as he does not handle the day to day of Pirates Cove Resort. Three days later, I had not heard from anyone. I called the resort and spoke to a woman who told me that she would have David Freeman, the resort manager get back to me. Mr. Freeman called me a few hours later. He told me that my date told the female manager to "lick" a part of her female genitalia. I asked Mr. Freeman where this supposedly took place. He told me that he was told it happened while we were being walked out to out vehicle. My response was the only time my date was away from me was when she went to the ladies room. Therefore I told him that her telling the manager that was a lie. I told him going round and round was not of interest to me and that I wanted my $80.91 refunded. He refused to do so. I told him that I would write my review accordingly and include our phone conversation and send him and Mr. Moynihan the link.
