I am a licensed insurance agent in the state of Iowa. I recently lost a client because Primerica continued to draft my client's bank account for premiums on policies that had been replaced. The issue date on the new policies was December 2006! Today's date is May 24, 2007. After repeated phone calls that went no where my client requested that I cancel her policy with my company because she's tired of paying for both!
