Pistol Accents Would not honor a refund Lake Peekskill New York

For a company that states (see quote) they’ve certainly fell short.

I initially ordered a replacement gun barrel from them on 30Nov2016. After receiving confirmation of the order I didn't receive any other emails regarding shipment of the product. On 15Dec16 I emailed them asking for the status of my order, no response given. After another week I called them a few times and finally received an email on 28Dec16 stating "We have a stainless available no black yet. Hopefully within the next week. Sorry for the delay:" I responded "Thank you for getting back to me. I look forward to hearing from you next week." I never heard anything back and sent another email on 16Jan17, 8Feb17, 19Feb17, 1Mar17, and 15Mar17 with no return emails. I called them 17Mar17 and left a voicemail asking them to call. After the last correspondence on 28Dec17 I began asking for a refund on 8Feb17. I've had no return to any of my attempts to get in contact with the company.
