Pixmania.com I bought a camera from this website and paid for 24-48 hrs deleviery. But after five days company still saying we are preparing your order. When I asked for cancellation & refund they refused. Compay took the order with express delivery of 24-48hrs. After five days Company still saying they are preparing order. They did not cancel my order and saying different story for refund, Internet

I ordered a camera from pixmania.com site, to give present, and paid for express delivery of 24-48 hrs.
After five days no signs of camera. There is not clear indication how we should contact them and phone given not working. I any how rich to the customer care.
The customer care said we are preparing the order and will not cancel my order. First they will send order to me which I have to return them back-------I do not know further story. It is totally Fraud/Rip-off.
I bought a camera and solved my purpose, what I should do with their order-----?
It is just like offering a ticket after missing the train.

Please note that our customer care can be contacted both via e-mail and by phone.
Our phone lines are working and you were able to contact us to obtain a response.
We can cancel an order up until the time it is prepared in the warehouse and passed onto the courier, after this, we can no longer stop the dispatch and you will have been asked to refuse the parcel.
When a parcel is refused, it is returned to our warehouse and a full refund can be issued.
