We are a pizza place in Ballston Spa, New York. Our Walk-In cooler broke, we called Michael Osborne on Saturday12/12, he came in on Monday 12/14. We were fortunate enough to purchase a few parts online, but we paid him for a few other parts totaling $700. He gave us the "I'll be in in a day or two" for the first week, but has failed to answer any calls since then. He is a Con-Artist, please be aware.
