the cost of the card was deceiving (set-up, annual, and program fees). bill was sent along with the listing of the charged fees. no credit card was sent. i want to close the account, but the telephone number for customer service is only to a computer message. the payment information list-vista, po box 30050, tampa fl 33630.

I finally found a telephone number that directed me to a real person. I explained my problems trying to talk to a real customer service representative. I told the nice lady on the phone that I filed a complant with Ripoff Reports, and immidiately received her assistance in closing the account.
