Plains Commerce Bank, Visa Rip-Off TAMPA Florida

I sent in a payment of $500.00,to this credit card,by accident.I thought I was sending it to another pre-paid credit card I had.I was needing to rent an automobille at the time,was in a hurry,and needed to add money on my card to secure the rental.I have called and sent written correspondence to these people,regarding the mistake,but can get no response.The last statement I received,showed a new balance of $-464.10.The credit card had an expiration date of 05/08.I have received no further statements,and still can get no answers as to what happened to the $500.00
