Planet Mobility Inc Ripped off $277. Paid but no delivery Shelby Twp., Michigan
*Author of original report: Planet Mobility, Inc Ripped off $277 paid but still no delivery
On November 23, 2009, I went on line and ordered an Uplift Power seat. Except for the charge of $277 showing up on my credit card bill, I have not received any correspondence about this order, nor have I received the merchanidse.
I have tried on numerous occasions to fax and call but have not gotten anywhere. I have also written several times. I wrote to the Michigan Better Business Bureau and they haven't received a response either.
At this point, all I want is a refund.

Planet Mobility, Inc Ripped off $277 paid but still no delivery
AUTHOR: Carolyn - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, June 16, 2010
Well, it is now June 16, 2010 and I still do not have a refund for a puchase I made in November 2009 but never received.
After filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office, I did get an e-mail from Michael Woods who claims to be the company CEO. His e-mails go from wanting more information, to the check is in the mail, to the check must have been lost in the mail and please wait another week, to I want to put a smile on your face, to nothing for almost two weeks. It appears that he doesn't intend to make a refund so I'm going back with another letter to the Michigan Attorney General and it that does not suffice, I will call my attorney.
How sad that this company, which spends millions on nation-wide advertising and billing Medicare, cannot function in a moral fashion. I don't understand how they continue to get away with it.
