Planet Van Lines Inc. Alex Raised the quote when they showed up. They were 6 days late with my belongings. Many items were broken & missing. They would not look far my stuff. The check that is owed has not goten to me after 2 m Internet, Internet

Planet Van Lines Inc. Raised my quote from $2,374 to 6,500 when they showed up to my house 3 hrs late. The pick up was 7/1/11 and was to be dropped off on 7/29/11.

When called a before the drop off date they said it will be there on 7/29/11. When I called on 7/28/11 they said "the truck was already in California."

When they didn't show the morning of 7/29/11 I started calling and they said " the truck was stuck in Texas." So the call on 7/28/11 was a lie. Everyday I called and they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

They would not compensate me for having to stay in a hotel with a cat for 5 nights. My belongings arrived 5 days late, with no packing list, I had mine from the pick up and was counting boxes.

There were boxes missing and furniture broken. So every day I called for them to look for my stuff and every day there was a reason why they couldn't. So I had to file a report. That went out in October.

The amount of money didn't even cover one of my pairs of boots that was "lost" but It is now 1/27/2012 and I still haven't recieved that check. And becaulse they have caller ID they don't take my calls.
