I deposited 2 small amounts equaling around $60 in Planet7casino and am up around $150.  I have tried to collect now for 2 months, yes 2 months haha.  I admit it was kind of my fault at the beggining because I used my credit card bill as part of verification.  I think it is actually fine but they said not fine to continue to delay payment.  I only requested payment to confirm I would be paid if I won, I am happy I did now. 

I waited a few weeks to be contacted and never was so I contacted them to find out that was an issue.  I was given a list and on this list was a lease agreement, the bills are under my wife.  I sent this in a month ago and after a few days called in late so I would get a real person.  He said it would be fine and give it a few days.  I received an email stating the lease would not work because it was blurry, I agree it was bent before I flattened in order to scan.  I called again late, the only time I get someone who speaks English haha.  The rep told me it would be fine and he would fast track it so should be done the following day.  My dumb butt fell for another lie and got another email saying it would not work. 

I contacted them with live chat again and like every single time before and to this day get the pre filled messages basically making something up.  10ish days ago I began contacting by email, phone, and chat multiple times a day, I know the reps by name now haha.  I spoke to a rep who informed me that my utility bill was too old, that is just amazing considering I NEVER sent one and don't even have one haha.  The rep argued with me over and over and then I told him about my call ealy that day.  The rep told me that NOBODY from Planet7 was there taking calls haha, calling me a liar without saying it.  I had saved some chats and saved his chat obviously.  I asked him who the hell I talked to and gave my info to at the phone number on the sites page!?!  He clearly spoke little to no English but kept telling me I was mistaken.  This REALLY pissed me off, I am nice to the reps bc this is not their fault but I got pissed at this moron.  I disconnected and connected again to speak with someone new.  I copied and pasted the chat on the next reps page and after a few minutes they disconnected me haha, this has happened about 5 times now :) 

I then started a chat again and the name was clearly an American name and not one of the names they pass off.  Her writing tone did not make me happy and I had to put her in her place, I am good at reading people with messages and can usually figure their soft spot to hit haha.  She then informed me that the documents staff was gone but it would be good the following day, this was after 20ish mins of sending her previous chats and telling her the same s**t over and over.  We all know where this is going haha, NOTHING done the next day, SHOCKING.  So I made an email with all the chats and so on.  I was replied to by what I assume was a higher up person, when I told the other people I called his name he had used they knew exactly who.  He basically apologized for me not being able to understand the documents haha YES this really pissed me off but I shut up and figured I would get shitty after my money!!  The email said to send in a copy of the utility with my wifes name and a bank or CC statement, they have the CC statement already but screw it. I sent EVERYTHING back in including lots of bills.

  I received my car insurance bill by chance on the same day so included that.  Car insurance statement in your name is on the list.  The email said it would be cleared up the same day.  YES we know AGAIN where this is going haha.  I heard NOTHING back and waited 2 days till yesterday.  I contacted all 3 ways OVER and OVER and EVERY SINGLE TIME was told my utility bill was TOO OLD haha.  The same reply I got at the start before I sent in ANYTHING close to a bill.  So its not like they are mixed up on the type of freking bill, NO FING BILL AT ALL haha.  Yesterday and today I am being told over and over that the email meant nothing bc it takes 5 days to review, obviously message templates and they cant speak English bc they reply with the same s**t that makes zero sense :)  UGH.  I have put SO MUCH EFFORT in and we are talking about 150 FREAKING BUCKS!!!  Sorry for this short story, JUST STAY AWAY. 

I have tried so hard, I am pretty good with computers and research, to find a physical address and can't find one for the life of me ugh.  If anyone ever reads this PLEASE give me the address!!
