I ordered the complete set of Knots Landing. Payment was processed immediately, waited 4 weeks until I was notified that order was processed. Two weeks later order was received. Of 4 volumes, only volume 3 and 4 were received in very bad quality. Order was shipped from China. Company will not respond to e mail requests as to the balance of order and the extremely poor quality of dvds.

Can you provide more information like how the charge appears on your credit card bill as well as the phone number of the company so that I know to avoid them as well?
