I orderd NeoPolyBac an ointment that can be used in the eyes. Twice the item has been shipped to me, and twice it was the wrong item. They sent a triple antibiotic ointment both times. This ointment is not for use in the eyes, had I not read the box, I would have seriously injured my pet's eyes. Planetrx stated they would try to ship the correct item the third time, but it is now two weeks and I am still waiting.
