Plantet Wellness Taking money not authorized to take Chesapeake Virginia

 I used a bank debit card to pay my first payment but that card didnt go thru so they gave me my card back and i gave them another one. so the company made a copy of that card and that card was the one my monthly amount was suppose to come out of so the couldnt get money out of that account. so they went back and took money off the first card that didnt work. i want to know why did they keep that card on file. i didnt give them permission to use that card again and it put my account -221.00 dollars. I neef my money back into my aaccount and my over draft fees. They took that money without my permission and they shouldnt have keep that old card info on file .they didnt ask me to do that and my bank doent do stop payments and went to them they told me i had to get it back from plantet wellness and they dont want to give it back they took out 488.00
