Free lotto is not free. They will contact you and say you have won.....but you have to verify it. When you do you have to pay to play to qualify....guess what they don't pay!

I have pages of e-mails where I have won millions! I contacted our local District atty, he said under Oregon law when a company (Corportation) says you have won a dollar amount, they must pay it!
