A bogus loan never taken for $250 is now attempting to collect $700 for
late fees and penalties. They have even used the Florida State Attorney General
Emblem to attempt to prove they are a legimate company. It is a total SCAM!
They have used the F*** word many times in a phone call when I told them I am
reporting them to the police and no money would be forthcoming. They should be
put out of business.

I am not an attorney. I believe your state attorney generals office would be interested in the fact that they use their emblem. I would start by not giving them any bank info. Tape the calls. Now some lawyers that belong to National association of consumer atttorneys will take a case on contingencyNACA). Try Debtorboards on the internet. they are a (.com). they offer free advice and have no profit motive.
File a complaint against them with your attorney general of your state. show them the emblem.
Now that should get their attention. They can not arrest you for owing a debt. Those cases are virtually non existent. Tape the calls and get an attorney. Demand they show you the loan papers.
Go to FTC.gov and file a complaint.
I wish you the best
Nathan
