got my money back!

after calling my bank, and filing a claim-and going down to my branch and talking to the manager- to whom i showed the numerous claims i had printed out off this site- my bank was very helpful. they sent me an affidavit to sign and fax back, and within two days the money was credited back to my account. thank-you bank of America for being so on the ball! its good to know that even one of the largest corps. in the U.S can still watch the back of the consumer.
I guess the lesson i learned was that it's always smart to do your research before you purchase ANYTHING online or over the phone. and if you are interested in an offer a telemarketer is throwing at you at light speeds- tell them to SLOW DOWN- make sure you aren't getting pressured into anything, and for god sakes, DONT GIVE THEM YOU BANK INFO!!! use a credit card one with a good "no hassle" policy (luckily, mine was a B of A total protection MasterCard) and monitor your bank account closely to make sure they're not charging you multiple times-if you do get ripped-off, don't lose hope, keep fighting and don't let them win!!! you have the power to be heard!
I got my money back, so can you.
