This gal debbie Nickolas is a rip off scam artist to the max, she has taken million of dollars in from clients and hasn't funded any loans. We have been waiting now two years and she keeps telling us bull s**t after bullshit. Several times her instruments supposedly had been funding only to find out the dates come and go. She uses  an attorney out of atlanta Ga who is a one man operation with a voice mail with no secretary at all, real scum bag. If you send this woman any money just say good bye to it. She  told us  she had referrals-wrong, out and  out lies. The IRS  criminal division is now investigating her and her crooked partners JD hopefully she will go to jail where she belongs
