I am appaled to think that Platinum online whomever they are can just randomly take 99.94 dollars from my accout.  I dont know whom they are and everytime I call it is busy, i have tried for 3 days now, the bank is also not very helpful in my plight.

 

I have contacted the attorney general;'s office here in Mass.  I am hopeful that something can be done to stop these activities.

 

If anyone else has any resouces to help get me re-funded please let me know.
