E mailed them in March eft. 144.00 waited 3 days for tracking number never got one they said USPS picked it up 2 boxes were on there way got nothing at all no refund no boxes

Platinum tv box.com They made claim of a tv android box that did not perform as advertised. I returned the box as directed. In the timeframe as required and never recieved refund as promised! They constantly assured me refund was in the works! Stilll have not seen inmy account! Los Angeles California
