PLATINUM WARRANTY CENTER HAS DISCONNECTED THEIR PHONES AND WILL NOT SERVICE THEIR WARRANTIES. THEY ALLEDGEDLY WENT BANKRUPT.

Go to the Ohio AGs' website and look it up. I tried to file a complaint about Platinum Warranty, and found about 600 some-odd other complaints on them. The AGs' office emailed me and told me they were in bankruptcy.

D in Naples.. Platinum Warranty has been in bankruptcy since about 2003. I know, because I bought their bogus warranty too in 2004, and found out by accident long afterwards. Their warranties are now being administered by Automotive Research Corp.
They're a bunch of yahoos. Had nothing but trouble from them. I will make another post after I get home and I'll post the number for you. Lots o' luck.
