platinumpowerselling (ebay Seller) sold fake items and refused refund when caught out Internet
*UPDATE Employee: This is either a lie or it is just plain libel.
Platinumsellingpower (based in Australia) is an ebay seller with a long history of ripping consumers off. The items sold are fake and/or not adequentely described and the faceless person who runs this scam is completely unreasonable when attempting to get a refund. BUYERS BEWARE - read the feedback before buying anything off this crook.

Dear Steven of Melbourne,
Please state your case more clearly because two things we know for sure is that (1) we do not sell fake items and (2) we do not rip people off.
We have been operating for many years, and have thousands and thousands of satisfied and happy customers. Of course, we also have some unsatisfied customers (i.e. you must be one of them or you must know one of them to be so cross). Just like most eBay members, we are not perfect, but we absolutely try our best.
The majority of customers we get are fair, honest and friendly, but sometimes we meet some who are quite questionable and are demanding beyond reason. Note that there are many occasions where customers can be completely unreasonable. Due to the nature of selling to the public, there are all sorts of persons with different personalities we confront everyday. We may upset these particular customers by saying "No" from time to time, but it is because their demands are completely unreasonable or unfair (eg. "I have received the item and I think it is not worth what I won it for at auction, so I want you to sell it to me at cost and give me a refund for the difference" or "Give me another item free or I will give you bad eBay feedback").
I am not sure how I have angered you in particular, but if you could email me the full details, it would be much appreciated.
I would appreciate your comments and your feedback as well Steven in regards to eBay and purchasing via the Internet.
Regards
