The same thing happened to me, I filed a report here, got some information how to fix the problem and I did get my money back. I did not stop with sending email and many phone calls. Filed a fraud complaint at my bank even before I got me monthly statement in the mail.
Hope this helps

Although there are no other reports I can find on this site regarding this group, if you internet search "platinum online group" nothing comes up but scams, rip offs and complaints.
Most complaints state they do not know how this group got their information..but a few seem to admit they had applied for an online or payday loan.
If you had done this, kindly report the details. This can help others to avoid the same fate..as well as others to give you advice on how to seek any recourse.
For now all I can suggest is to dispute this with your bank...but depending on the bank...if you authorized this charge it may not be so easy to have it reversed. The factor that is on your side..is so many other complaints of this unauthorized $99.00 charge which caused overdrafts. As obviously anyone desperate and foolish enough to apply for a loan online and/or a payday loan, probably is doing so because they are broke and can not afford $99.00. But most banks will gladly cover this transaction so they can profit off the $25-$40 NSF fee.
