I've bought and sold golf clubs there many times over the past few years. I've also bought used clubs, tried them out, and brought them back a couple days later, and got a full refund- as recently as 4-5 weeks ago. I bought 4 clubs 2 days ago and asked the sales person if these were used, just to make sure I could bring them back for full credit.

Today, I brought the clubs back, expecting a full refund, and was told for the first time that store policy on golf items is the returns could only be applied as store credit.

The sales slip says, "all returns are 7 days". I was told nothing, nor is there anything printed that suggests my only option was for store credit. I don't want the clubs. I want my $119.17 back
