They make you send your ID, and Payment Address, and all this stuff, then they still dont verify the payment, then you have to get on a hour chat with them and all they say is give us 1-3 days. FIRST THEY TOLD me 24-48 hours. My payment is still pending now I have to get that back on a LIMITED acc. Somehow refund it to my card or something just for a dang 33 dollar payment. Horrible service, their chat gets mad at you for a problem with their service then they dont care. I will never spread the word of this company being great to anyone and its a shame they are in business.
