Company refuses to refund money after cancelled service within the 30 day period. Company refuses to answer emails to address the problem.

The site itself is not what it's advertised to be. The user pays a fee to get the software to have access to broadcast and cable channels, but once you buy and install the software, half the channels require a cable company id and login to view. Some broadcast channels aren't available depending on the area, and most of the programming is not live. You can see the same stuff by going to cbs.com, abc.com, etc.

Stay away from these clowns, unless you like getting ripped off by clowns.
