I have played at Caesars games for a long time. It is fun playing the slots with fake coins. Of course the company, known as PLAYTIKA sells the coins, so it is not entirely free. The games were very similar to real slots in a casino and you could get a reasonable amount of play, just like the real thing.

As of late Playtika has apparently decided to limit the play to the point where chance has been eliminated. Some days it is a royal  rip-off and your coins go very fast without any reasonable play.

Another thing has started to happen when coins are purchased and you are expecting the 'shopper's bonus'. It works this way: When you make a coin purchase you are entitled to a free chance on a bonus which pays either 10%, 20% or 50%. The problem is that the lower two bonus wins have started to appear most of the time. It wasn't this way before. Chance has been eliminated.

Another thing that happens, normally in the evening. After the purchase of coins, the shopper's bonus doesn't show up. When you file a complaint they always say that they are sorry but they can't activate it. It is not of their control. Then they offer some coins to make you happy. The problem is that the coins never cover the 50% bonus. This means that the player is short changed and Playtika makes more profit. Think of this happening to many players, hundreds of players, maybe thousands!

There are some days when the slots just eat the coins. Like 100 billion coins played without any win. This does not even happen in a real casino!

The above claims have been my experience at Caesars. I do not say this as proven fact, but it has happened to me in the past several months. Some other players have told me the same thing. Is Playtika cheating to make more money? Is chance eliminated and reasonable play gone? That is something that each person has to decide for themselves. The best thing to do is just quit complaining and go elsewhere.
