Took my money in a heartbeat, but didn't deliver what I paid for. Shipping company they use is rated F by the better business bureau. After-sale customer service doesn't care and takes no responsibility once they get a signature. I wouldn't wish this horrific experience on my worst enemy. Beware!!!

I have analyzed most of the reviews of different review sites and came to know that plessers has 4.5+ ratings in all renowned review sites. Their kitchen appliances are of good quality. I have read many of the reviews by the customers and understood that most of the customers are happy to deal with plessers.

You know that all famous companies may sometimes make some mistakes. Your dissatisfaction maybe the result of some misunderstanding. I hope this will not happen further times. Hope you understand.

We are a 91 year old company with excellent reviews on line. This particular complaint is spam and has been put up around the internet on several sites under 5 different names. Please judge our customer service base on our average reviews of 4.5 stars on the most respected review websites online. We value our customers opinions and views but this reviewer has not ever provided us with any valuable information to consider it accurate in anyway.
