After the Antispyware poppped up on the screen and I saw how many errors need to be fixed, I clicked on fix errors, this took me to a site to purchase the software, Which I did, it cost $79.95. The spyware has never worked. I run it, click on fix errors, and it takes me to the site to purchase the software. This happens every time I try to run it. I have written them several times sor a refund an they just keep writing confusing e-mails, but I never get a refund, the software is not any good and cannot be used.
