Good afternoon from Perth Western Australia.
I wish to complain about an illegal direct debit from bank account on 19/06/2015.
The amount was for USD 119.40-converted to Australian Dollars AUD 159.60
This is the second consecutive year this has happened despite my clear instruction in 2014 that there was to be no further contact with this Company.In 2014 the money was eventually returned to me-therefore I expect the same outcome this time.
Please help me to have my money refunded immediately and also reiterate that I do not want any further contact with is "company"!!!
