Pls check cashing Tax Fraud Indianapolis Indiana

 Went to a pls to cash a tax refund check last year, Now mind you I have cash at plenty check cashing places and always been charged a 5% to cash but this day the lady double the charge I quickly went straight to my phone calculating I said the price here is out rages she quickly gave me my 5% cause I said this is not 5% what I'm saying is this just cause you look a certain way doesn't mean your stupid and when I looked at the name tag it was a manager. So my only guess is how many people did she do this too, cause most people just want there money and don't know to calculate , that manger made out like a bandit!!!!!!
